Beyond the Basics       $20 
Friday: June 14; 3 - 5PM

Difficulty Level: Beginner

Instructor: Leslie Matheson
You’ve learned how to knit and purl, but now you have lots of questions. How do I read a pattern? What is gauge? How do I know what yarns I can substitute in a pattern? What’s with all these different types of needles? Come meet other new knitters and let’s answer these and other burning questions!

Ginger Leaves Shawlette       $30 
Saturdays: June 15, 22 and 29th; 2 - 4PM

Difficulty Level: Intermediate

Instructor: Leslie Matheson
Ginger Leaves is a kerchief or shawlette that begins at the neck center and is worked to the edge. The flower lace pattern flows seamlessly into a leaf lace pattern. The leaf lace pattern flows into a simple edging pattern. Three buttons are used to close the kerchief in the back; they are left off for the shawlette. Sizes available: 34"x15"; 52"x20" (We will be teaching the larger version)

This basic hat class will cover knitting in the round and on double pointed needles. Class will be a fun challenge for beginning knitters, and you will become addicted to making hats for everyone you know!




 

Soakers / Evie Pants All-in-One       $40

Two Toe Up Socks on Magic Loop!       $40 
Sundays: June 9, 16, & 23; 12:30 - 2PM

Difficulty Level: Intermediate

Instructor: Thea O'Grady

In this class you'll learn basic toe up sock knitting as well as knitting one long circular in the magic loop technique. We’ll start the class with Judy’s Magic Cast On and in Class 2 and 3, we’ll turn the heel and discuss bind-off’s. Extensive knowledge of sock knitting is not a requirement ; however, you'll want to have knit a couple of pair of socks to understand the basic techniques we explore.


Baby Cardigan / Baby Vertebrae       $40 
Fridays: June 14 & 21; 1 - 3PM

Difficulty Level: Easy/Basic

Baby Vertebrae is a frontless cardy to keep your little one’s back and arms warm. The pattern (By Kelly Brooker) is seamlessly knit utilizing the top down raglan shaping method. To knit this pattern you will need to be able to knit flat, pick up stitches, then work small diameter circular knitting to complete the sleeves (magic loop or utilizing DPNs)


Baby Simple Big Strap Sandals       $35
